This document informs Users about the technologies that help AppWP.club to achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner (GPL theme) to access and store information (for example, by using a Cookie) or use resources (for example, by running a script) on a User’s device as they interact with AppWP.club.
To make it simpler for our users, we will be using the term” Trackers” to define all technologies in the following doc.
It would not be meaningful to talk about the Cookies only in terms of Mobile-based apps as they are browser-based.
So, the term Cookies would be used where it is precisely meant to specify that particular type of Tracker.
In some cases, a User’s approval may be required for certain reasons for which Trackers are used. Once the user gives his/her consent to it, it could freely withdraw as per the instructions provided in the doc.
AppWP makes use of Trackers that are handled directly by the Owner as well as Trackers that permit third-party services. Third-party providers may access the Trackers that they manage unless otherwise specified in this document.
Cookies and other similar Trackers may have different validity and expiration durations based on the lifespan specified by the Owner or the relevant entity. For instance, sometimes, the cookies can expire soon after ending the browsing session.
We have detailed information below, and Users can find more precise and up-to-date information about lifetime specifications, as well as any other relevant information – such as the presence of other Trackers – in the linked privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.
To carry out the strict necessary activities, AppWP uses “Technical” Cookies and other similar Trackers for the operations and service delivery.
Trackers used by AppWP enable fundamental interactions and functionalities, such as granting Users access to specific aspects of the service and permitting communication with the Owner.
This service enables the users to directly interact with our support team through our website and get a resolution of the grievance instantly. It may ask for some basic details for the identification of the user and faster resolution.
AppWP uses Trackers to provide our users with a personalized experience with high-quality preference management options. We also allow/enable interactions with external platforms & links.
Users can use content commenting services to create and publish comments on AppWP content.
Users can leave anonymous comments, depending on the parameters established by the Owner. If the User’s Personal Data includes an email address, it may be used to send alerts of comments on the same article.
Users hold the responsibility and accountability for the content of their comments. If a third-party content commenting service is installed, it may continue to collect web traffic data for the pages where the comment service is installed. This applies even if the users do not use the content commenting service.
Comment system managed directly by AppWP.
AppWP uses and has its own internal content comment system.
Personal Data processed: Cookies, email address, first name, and website.
This type of service allows users to communicate with social networks or other external platforms straight from AppWP pages.
All the interaction and information received through appwp.club are always subject to the privacy settings for each social network specified by the User. Even if users do not use this type of service, it may continue to gather traffic data for the pages where it is installed.
It is suggested that you log out of the respective services to ensure that the processed data on appwp.club is not linked back to the User’s profile.
The Facebook Like button and social widgets are services provided by Facebook, Inc. that allow engagement with the Facebook social network.
Twitter Inc. provides the Twitter Tweet button and social widgets, which allow users to communicate with the Twitter social network.

Google Inc. offers Feedburner, a service for managing RSS feeds. It enables the collecting of statistics on what material is consumed as well as the placement of advertisements inside it.
To improve the services, the AppWP measures traffic and analyzes user behavior with the help of Tracker.
The services in this part allow the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic, as well as track User behavior.
Google Analytics is a web analytics tool offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the information gathered to track and analyze how users interact with AppWP, as well as to generate reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the information gathered to contextualize and personalize advertisements on its own advertising network.
For Google Advertising Reporting, we have options as Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reports for AppWP that make demographic and interest data available within Google Analytics (demographics means age and gender Data). If a User wishes to opt-out of Google’s cookie use, they can do the same by visiting the Ads Settings page.
Tracker and unique device IDs for advertising are treated as personal data (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example).
By utilizing first-party Trackers, the services in this section enable the Owner to collect and manage analytics.
AppWP employs an internal analytics system that does not rely on third-party vendors.

Depending on where you access AppWP from (“Google”), Google Optimize is an A/B testing service offered by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited. Google may utilize Personal Data to contextualize and personalize its own advertising network’s advertisements.

Users can also manage specific types of Trackers used by changing setting of your mobile devices tracking settings in general.
Regardless of the above, users may follow the guidelines provided by the European Union(EU), Network Advertising Initiative (US), Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan), or other similar services. For the majority of advertising platforms, such initiatives allow users to set their tracking choices. As a result, the Owner suggests that Users use these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.
